What You'll Do
- Scout athletes nationwide
- Build relationships with scouts, college coaches, and teams
- Prepare athlete media kits
- Secure brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Manage athlete development contracts
- Coordinate training, appearances, and events
Qualifications
- 3-7 years in sports management or agency
- Understanding of NCAA, NIL, athletic branding
- Strong negotiation skills
Hybrid Work
- Office travel to games, events, tournaments

- Payroll begins after 30 days
