About the Role
You are the operational engine behind ICON's talent roster. You organize submissions, onboarding, contracts, schedules, and talent files.
What You'll Do
- Manage entire roster database
- Organize submissions follow-ups
- Process paperwork contracts
- Coordinate between divisions
- Maintain calendars for training shoots
- Communicate with talent regarding schedules and updates
Qualifications
- Extremely organized
- Admin experience required
- Talent agency or casting experience preferred
Hybrid Work
- 1-2 office days remote admin work
Payroll & Protection Notes
- Payroll begins after 30 days
- Payroll paid monthly
- 90-day probation period standard
- Benefits eligible after 90 days
