About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager – Offshore Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will partner with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs, drive continuous improvement, and deliver innovative solutions that optimize operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in your assigned territory, with a strong focus on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering long-term value.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to expand business opportunities.
- Leverage professional networks and market knowledge to pursue and secure new accounts within the territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve defined profit and growth targets.
- Conduct system analysis, interpret operational data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer performance.
- Actively promote and sell innovative solutions and technologies to drive sustainable partnerships.
- Monitor account profitability and overall account health.
- Plan and lead customer training sessions, events, and seminars.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in assigned areas relevant to customer needs.
Position Details
- Travel within assigned territory and offshore platforms is required.
- Up to 50% overnight travel expected.
- Base salary: – (DOE) plus incentive bonus.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience, with onshore/offshore exposure preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 55 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with employer and/or customer drug testing for this safety-sensitive role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
- 5 years of successful technical sales or field sales support in offshore environments.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in deepwater production chemicals.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems.
- Proven track record of strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ethics, adaptability, autonomy, and self-motivation in prior roles.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
