Payrate- $68-74.00/hr

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration / Project Manager to lead our upcoming lease administration platform migration. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure data integrity, smooth onboarding, and stakeholder adoption as we transition systems.

If you have a background in real estate operations, lease administration, or system implementation, this is a chance to drive a high-impact project at the intersection of finance, technology, and corporate real estate.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead the migration from legacy lease systems to a new enterprise platform

✅ Ensure accuracy and integrity of all lease data (rent, escalations, renewals, amendments, etc.)

✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Real Estate, Finance, Legal, IT)

✅ Oversee project plans, milestones, and risk tracking

✅ Support ASC 842 / IFRS 16 compliance & reporting

✅ Train and support end-users during adoption

✅ Provide post-go live support and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in lease administration / real estate operations
• Familiarity with platforms like CoStar, Yardi, Visual Lease, MRI, Tango
• Strong Excel & data management skills
• Background in system migrations or software transitions
• Understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842, IFRS 16)
• Project management experience/certification a strong plus (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
