Overview

You’ll work side-by-side with experienced preconstruction leaders, supporting projects from early planning through handoff to operations. This isn’t a back-office role! You’ll be in the mix, helping drive real decisions.

• Jump into preconstruction activities including job walks, scope reviews, and owner coordination

• Help manage the subcontractor bid process (ITBs, tracking, leveling support)

• Build and maintain project logs, RFIs, and key documentation

• Coordinate meetings, capture key takeaways, and keep teams aligned

• Support budgeting, scope alignment, and overall project planning

• Perform takeoffs in Bluebeam and assist with quantity validation

• Track timelines, risks, and moving pieces across multiple projects

• Help set projects up for a smooth transition into construction

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in estimating, preconstruction, or construction support

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to read drawings and understand scopes/trades

• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Smartsheet (or similar), and Microsoft Office

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
