Position
- Role: ServiceNow Technology Lead
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona (100% remote, but candidate must currently live in Phoenix area)
- Duration: 12 months
- Employment Type: Staff Augmentation / Contract

Project
The role supports the AtoZ Arizona Portal, a statewide citizen services platform that uses ServiceNow as the core platform for workflows, case management, and citizen engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and own the ServiceNow technical implementation
- Manage technical backlog in Jira
- Review vendor architecture, workflows, and development work
- Act as technical SME between vendors and state teams
- Support integrations, authentication, workflows, notifications, and catalog setup
- Participate in agile ceremonies and release planning
- Handle platform upgrades, modernization, and maintenance
- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and architecture visuals
- Ensure security, accessibility, and compliance standards
Required Skills
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience as:
- Developer
- Technical Lead
- Architect
- Analyst with Business Analyst background
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- ServiceNow architecture, workflows, scripting, and configuration expertise
- Experience managing or reviewing vendor technical teams
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)
- Notifications, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, Integration Hub
- SSO, OIDC, SAML
- REST APIs and JSON integrations
