ECCO Management Analyst 3
Key Responsibilities
- Perform management analysis and operational support activities.
- Analyze business processes, compliance operations, and reporting data.
- Support education and compliance initiatives related to Arizona tax programs.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams on special projects and operational improvements.
- Assist with policy implementation, workflow tracking, and administrative analysis.
- Use Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite extensively for daily work.
- Participate in hybrid onsite activities including orientation, team meetings, and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Management Analysis experience.
- Experience with:
- Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Local Arizona candidates only.
- Must be eligible for state security onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with state taxes or tax-related operations.
Work Details
- Hybrid role (approximately 10% onsite).
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Day shift, 40 hours/week.
- 1-year contract assignment.
