- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and internal ERP systems
- Support ERP systems for user requests, permissions, and basic data or field configuration
- Assist with system backups and basic data recovery procedures
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper lifecycle tracking of hardware
- Maintain and document IT configurations, equipment setups, and recurring issue logs
- Assist with hardware setup and user onboarding/offboarding for new and departing employees
- Respond quickly to minimize downtime on the production floor
- Collaborate across departments to improve IT processes and meet internal service goals
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of professional IT support experience, OR equivalent demonstrated experience through internships, co-ops, and professional roles
- Candidates with manufacturing or ERP experience may be considered with less total IT experience
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Outlook configuration
- Hands-on experience with printers and label printing systems — including driver setup, queue management, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP)
- Experience supporting ERP systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting networked devices in a manufacturing environment, including label printers and shop-floor PCs
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff across production, engineering, and operations
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills with a customer-focused mindset
BONUS SKILLS
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Experience with Epicor ERP (preferred)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or IT process automation
- Experience using Jira or other ticketing systems
