Job purpose
Support construction projects by coordinating documentation, compliance, and administrative processes from pre-construction through closeout. Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant project execution.

Duties and responsibilities
- Participate in daily safety huddles and support company safety practices.
- Prepare and manage pre-construction and project documentation.
- Coordinate submittals, material certifications, and approvals through DOT systems (e.g., ECMS) and other owner-required platforms.
- Administer subcontractor documentation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, force accounts, and payment-related documentation.
- Prepare and submit EEO/DBE and other required compliance reports.
- Review and track certified payrolls and labor compliance documentation.
- Set up and manage DOT field offices and support project site administrative needs.
- Manage project records, correspondence, and documentation in company and owner systems.
- Maintain project tracking logs, spreadsheets, and equipment records.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling and coordination.
- Work extended or non-traditional hours as needed to support project demands.
- Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Valid driver's license for the state in which you reside.
- Minimum two years of administrative duties in the heavy/highway construction industry preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
