Major job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall operation of the facility.
- Directly communicates with the staff in the facility as well as the Board of Directors and other Corporate staff.
- Operates the facility in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations to maintain quality resident care as well as sound fiscal management.

Qualifications
- Five years Nursing Home Administration experience preferred.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office & Internet use.
- Must hold a current license in the State as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Bachelor’s Degree or as required for licensure.
