Core Responsibilities Of Technical Service Representative
- Providing product and service support to customers
- Conducting test, teardown and evaluation of electric and hydraulic components
- Providing feedback from customers to internal departments
- Process warranty claims, maintain and execute warranty reports
- Conduct training for service distributors
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of experience or four years of related experience and training. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Experience of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Experience in public speaking
