Responsibilities: Patent Attorney - is responsible for supervising the IP team, dockets, records and budget. This includes the development, filing and prosecution of US and foreign patent applications, maintenance of the company’s patent portfolio and clearance of new and revised product designs. Executive Management’s emphasis on the development of patent portfolio ensures great visibility and opportunity within the organization.

- Must have current USPTO registration
- Bachelors in technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years Patent Attorney experience
- Commensurate with experience
