- Perform Through Hole Soldering with electric components and assembly of world class electro-mechanical products and drives for famous brands
- Setup of stations and perform routine care (cleaning, checks) to keep machines running smoothly
- Stock and handle component parts and units
- Inspect products with precision so they meet Hydro-Gear’s high-quality standards
- Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and celebrate those wins together!
- High school diploma/GED
- Hands-on experience in light industrial manufacturing
- Through Hole Soldering experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
