Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and professionally.
- Confirm each dish is accurate, properly presented, and complete before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, hosts, and managers.
- Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Follow all Osteria Sierra policies, food-safety standards, and service procedures.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items for extended periods of time.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.
