The Market Supervisor leads by example, assisting with food and beverage preparation while fostering a welcoming environment and a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the F&B Managers in leading and assisting the Market team on the floor during service
- Customer communication pre, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service-related concerns
- Communicates all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including but not limited to daily line up, specials and events
- Enforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
- Ensures the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
- Supervises the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
- Other duties as assigned my leadership

- Refined verbal and written communication
- Effective listening and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a high energy environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 lbs.)
- Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will mainly include evenings, weekends, and holidays
