This fast-paced role is ideal for individuals who take pride in presentation, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to creating memorable guest experiences. Food Runners play an essential part in maintaining the flow and quality of service throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and professionally.
• Confirm each dish is accurate, properly presented, and complete before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, hosts, and managers.
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
• Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Follow all Osteria Sierra policies, food-safety standards, and service procedures.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items for extended periods of time.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.
