The Director of Operations will oversee the Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions. Duties include training and coaching direct reports and executing necessary decisions to drive Hyatt’s purpose and achieve Hyatt’s goal of becoming the most preferred hospitality brand in our local market. This individual will ensure that all hotel operations meet brand standards while fostering colleague engagement, understanding guest needs, and maximizing hotel revenue. The Director of Operations will be responsible for short- and long-term planning and management of the hotel’s operations across both front and back of house areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the development and recommendation of the budget, concepts and objectives for all hotel operations, as well as coordinating major projects, capital expenditures, and equipment changes.

- The ideal candidate will have 6 years of progressive Hyatt divisional leadership experience within Food and Beverage and/or Rooms.
- Candidates will have the ability to lead and manage the guest experience throughout all hotel operations.
- Experience developing standards and operating procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with, coach and lead others to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures.
