Marina Dock Hand - FT/Seasonal

Summary

This seasonal position will end October 2026.

Our Marina is a focal point of the resort, with three piers extending from the main breakwater in front of the resort, with our 150-slip marina. The Marina Dock Hand is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and boaters. This role involves assisting with docking and fueling boats, maintaining marina facilities, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors.

Responsibilities

• The Dock hand must have experience docking boats of all sizes.
• Ensure unsurpassed quality operation of friendly and courteous attitudes to all guests.
• Maintain a safe dock area for berthing.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness & minor maintenance of the marina docks, fuel station and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to marina annual members and transient guests.

Qualifications

• Must be available to lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays -start time and end times may vary.
• Preferred to have a valid driver license to operate and transport guests in golf carts.
• This person must have good communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
