The Busser at Cutthroat’s Saloon is responsible for supporting the food and beverage team by maintaining a clean dining area, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs. This highly visible role plays a key part in the overall guest experience and requires a professional and positive demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
- Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings.
- Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and additional items to guests as needed.
- Stock service stations with clean glassware, silverware, and other necessary supplies.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Uphold Hyatt service standards and safety procedures at all times.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team in all areas of the restaurant
