Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and maintaining a hygienic environment in line with health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of shared amenities such as kitchens and laundry rooms through regular janitorial practices.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks including inventory checks for cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors.
• Experience in custodial or housekeeping management is a plus for leadership roles.
