We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our financial team. In this vital role, you will oversee a broad range of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our financial operations. Your expertise will support the organization’s financial health by managing key accounting processes, preparing reports, and maintaining meticulous records.   • Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
  • Making journal or ledger entries.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and lenders.
  • Staying current on the company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies.
  • Generating and sending accurate, timely invoices to clients.
  • Posting payments (checks, ACH, credit card) to customer accounts and reconciling the AR ledger.
  • Reviewing aging reports, calling or emailing customers regarding overdue invoices, and negotiating payment plans.
  • Investigating short payments, unauthorized deductions, or disputed invoices.
  • Producing monthly reports on delinquency and the status of AR accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial concepts, technical accounting standards, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or clerical work, often 1–3 years in a similar role, and industry
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, debits/credits, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Strong communication skills for customer interaction, high attention to detail, and organizational abilities
