Duties

• *Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• *Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• *Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• *Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment

• Qualifications
• *Strong background in cleaning techniques in hotels.
• *Knowledge of hotel standards, hospitality industry best practices, and customer service excellence
• *6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
• *Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• *Read, write and speak English fluently.
• * Full schedule flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, including Weekends and Holidays.
