- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry role in a hotel, resort, or high‑volume environment.
- Strong skills in plated desserts, banquet production, breads, and chocolate work.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on training and mentoring.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and cost control.
