Summary:
Hands on Pastry Chef responsible for managing, producing and directing the daily routines of the Bakery and Pastry Shop as assigned, supervising the flow of activity in the bakery to and from the outlets. The Pastry Chef oversees and works alongside of the bakery employees to ensure satisfactory completion of their assigned duties. Key roles to include; Manager, Teacher, Leader, Trainer, Administrator, Communicator, Culinarian, Artist, Creator and Team Player
Minimum experience required: 3-5 yrs/ including previous Casino or commercial Bakery Operations & hands on experience.
Position: Full Time 4am- 12pm
Salary: Starting at $23-$25/hour DOE
