- Lead resort-based and off-site recreational and outdoor activities for guests of all ages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community partners and vendors
- Share expert knowledge of the resort, Lake Tahoe region, and seasonal events including hiking trails, dining options, shopping, and entertainment
- Assist with resort guest service functions, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier hospitality
- Promote safety, fun, and inclusion in every guest interaction and activity
Qualifications
- Confident leading both small and large groups in dynamic outdoor settings
- Physically able to stand, walk, hike, and be outdoors for extended periods
- Natural conversationalist with the ability to quickly build rapport with guests
- Demonstrates leadership, confidence, and sound decision-making during high-energy or physically demanding activities
- Comfortable engaging a group and delivering clear instructions with enthusiasm
- Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for learning
- Proficient computer skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License required; must be comfortable driving large vehicles
- Familiarity with the local terrain, trails, and North Lake Tahoe area is highly preferred
