Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries and reservation requests
- Manage guest services including room assignments, billing, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience
- Uphold hotel emergency procedures by responding swiftly and appropriately to incidents or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and night audit activities to support operational excellence
- Communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages or bilingual capacity to enhance their stay experience
- Support front desk operations during peak hours, ensuring smooth flow of guest services and resolving customer service issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or equivalent hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client interactions via multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in guest relations, resort settings, or hotel experience will be advantageous
