Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in open opportunities
- Perform phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand client requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage candidate information and activity within Bullhorn ATS
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist with resume formatting and candidate presentation materials
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, candidate records, and sourcing activity
- Support recruiting, marketing, and business development initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, staffing, talent acquisition, or customer-facing experience preferred*
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn, and text
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment*
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or other ATS platforms is a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
