Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Support operational performance through workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies
- Coach and develop leaders across all levels of the organization
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address challenges
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
- Drive talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or related operational environment
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive workforce and operational results
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics
