Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements; map current and future-state marketing and campaign workflows
- Configure Workfront objects including forms, templates, routing rules, dashboards, and user access
- Support day-to-day Workfront administration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Legal, IT, and Operations to design scalable workflows
- Participate in full build cycles: solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Train end users and create supporting documentation
- Assist with Workfront Fusion or integration troubleshooting (preferred)
- 3 years of Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation)
- 3 years of Adobe Workfront administration and configuration experience
- Experience supporting marketing or creative operations workflows
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or finance (preferred)
- Familiarity with Workfront Fusion (preferred)
- Experience with workflow automation or orchestration platforms (preferred)
- Exposure to AEM Assets, Adobe tech stack, or similar systems (preferred)
