Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Jira Cloud instances, including user management and permissions
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Jira and Confluence users
- Implement and maintain Jira Cloud workflow automation and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply best practices in Jira and Confluence
- Perform basic Confluence administration
- Develop and deliver training sessions and create documentation for users
- Must currently be based within a 50-mile radius around Dearborn, MI, United States
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Jira Cloud Suite administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management)
- Experience in Jira Cloud automation and implementing security best practices
- Proven capability in documentation and technical training
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Experience with Confluence administration
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Atlassian certifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Salary : $40 - $50
