Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple product teams and programs
- Coordinate creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test data and ensure readiness for execution
- Facilitate day-to-day cross-team test execution and manage the full defect lifecycle (triage, assignment, retest)
- Produce test reports and dashboards; communicate quality metrics and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Align testing activities with program timelines and deliverables and proactively remove blockers
- Partner with developers, analysts, process experts, and automation engineers to integrate manual and automated testing
- Drive continuous improvement of QA standards, practices, processes, and tools
- Must be based within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI
- 3–5 years leading software testing projects or programs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience creating/executing test strategies, test plans, test cases and test data for complex systems; coordinating cross-team testing for large/global programs; working in Agile/SCRUM; producing test reports and using test/defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience testing SAP applications
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience collaborating with test automation engineers and supplying manual scripts/test data for automation
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
