- Drive the Catering program to franchisees and implement the Startup Program.
- Maximize restaurant profits through P&L reviews, training, and operation evaluations.
- Oversee operations of multiple restaurants and develop sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and business regulations.
- Consult with franchisees to define needs and provide solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- Restaurant industry experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and POS software.
- Ability to read and analyze Profit and Loss statements.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
