The HRIS Administrator performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. This role serves as a functional liaison between Payroll and Human Resources to ensure proper data input, system processes, and compliance with organizational standards.

Major Job Accountabilities:
- Maintain HRIS systems and databases, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of all data.
- Perform data updates, imports, audits, and clean-up activities; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate routine (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
- Provide support and guidance to team members regarding HR data and HR applications.
- Act as a liaison between Human Resources and Dayforce for system troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support.
- Support Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Benefits processing, and the annual merit cycle.
- Develop, update, and maintain business process documentation and training materials.
- Provide functional support to the HR team on system usability and best practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive and work-related information.
- Collaborate with team members to define project goals, analyze workflows, and identify issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Dayforce is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization.
- Proven analytical abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, including payroll and benefits.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
