What You’ll Do:
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Communicate updates with supervising OT and care team
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) in Virginia (or eligible)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
- Home health experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes
