Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) — Outpatient Hand Therapy & Industrial RehabilitationSilver Spring, MD | Full-Time | Workers’ Compensation & Orthopedic PracticeWe are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Silver Spring, MD. This position focuses on hand therapy, upper-extremity orthopedic rehabilitation, industrial rehabilitation, and functional capacity evaluations (FCEs) within a workers’ compensation and personal injury population.This role is well-suited for clinicians who value functional outcomes, return-to-work rehabilitation, and collaborative team-based care. Both experienced therapists and strong new graduates with interest in outpatient orthopedics and work-related injury management are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity and hand conditions, including post-operative and work-related injuriesProvide outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation focused on functional and occupational performanceParticipate in industrial rehabilitation programs, including work conditioning and work hardeningAssist with and progress toward administering Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs); training providedDevelop individualized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust interventions based on functional goalsCommunicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team membersMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationQualificationsRequired:Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist in the state of MarylandInterest in outpatient orthopedics, hand therapy, and functional rehabilitationStrong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skillsPreferred:Experience in outpatient orthopedic, workers’ compensation, or industrial rehabilitation settingsInterest in functional capacity evaluation and return-to-work assessmentBilingual (Spanish-speaking)New graduates with strong clinical interest and commitment to professional growth are welcome to apply.
