This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a salary range of $131,000 - $174,000 depending on experience.

What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5–10 years of engineering experience supporting complex engineered products within a manufacturing environment
- Previous engineering leadership or people management experience
- Experience with product lifecycle management, product improvements, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional product support
- Experience with highly engineered mechanical systems, including turbines, rotating equipment, aerospace, defense, naval, or industrial products
- Strong understanding of product validation, testing, quality, and manufacturing processes
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Strong background in resource planning, cost management, and project execution
- PMP certification preferred
- NX Modeling experience preferred
- U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Product Engineering Manager will lead engineering resources responsible for supporting products throughout the entire product lifecycle while driving product performance, quality, customer satisfaction, and business results. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage Product Engineering activities across multiple products and programs
- Establish team priorities, goals, and resource allocation plans
- Drive execution of product engineering strategies and lifecycle initiatives
- Support products from introduction through production, customer delivery, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and implement product enhancements that improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, and performance
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Test organizations
- Support manufacturing readiness, product launches, and validation activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
- Monitor engineering performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Support cost management, profitability objectives, and long-term product planning
- Develop, mentor, and lead engineering personnel
- Partner with senior leadership to align product engineering activities with business objectives and customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards
- Additional duties as assigned
