Maintenance Technician

HTI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a growing manufacturer specializing in progressive die stamping operations. This position will be focused on equipment installation, electrical maintenance, and facility upkeep. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st shift. The pay range is $25 - $35/hr depending on experience.

What You Need:

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical background
• Hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair experience
• Previous work with stamping and progressive die stamping machines preferred
• Strong knowledge of general facilities maintenance
  
  

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and facility systems.

• Assist with installation of new stamping equipment and production machinery
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems (including 3-phase 480V)
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and stamping presses
• Maintain facility infrastructure including lighting, HVAC, and basic plumbing
• Collaborate with the operations team to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance
• Document all repairs and maintenance work in accordance with company procedures
