Job Title: Multimedia Designer (Graphic Design & Digital Content)
Overview / Summary
The Multimedia Designer supports the External Communications team by creating brand-aligned visual assets, managing digital content, maintaining web updates, and producing multimedia content for agency communications.
Key Responsibilities
Create brand-aligned graphics and visual assets for social media and digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite
Develop and manage a proactive social media content calendar and assist in distributing external digital communications
Perform website updates and content entry via a CMS (Drupal), ensuring accessibility and accuracy standards are met
Provide on-site photography and videography for agency events, including basic editing and optimization for web and social media
Apply design principles (typography, layout, and color theory) to maintain a consistent and professional visual identity
Ensure quality control across all digital and visual communications
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in digital photography and videography, including shooting and basic editing
Experience updating website content using a Content Management System (CMS), including Drupal or similar tools
Experience developing or maintaining a social media content calendar
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout demonstrated through a professional portfolio or resume
Experience working in a Windows 10/11 environment
Basic experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras
Experience planning and executing social media content via a structured calendar
