Position Title: Multimedia Designer
Location: Jackson, Mississippi
Interview Process: Only Webcam
We are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to support our External Communications team. In this role, you will design engaging, brand-aligned graphics for social media and digital platforms, manage a content calendar, and assist with publishing external communications. You will maintain website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy and accessibility standards are met.
Responsibilities also include on-site photography and videography for events, along with basic editing for web and social use. You will apply strong design principles typography, layout, and color to maintain a consistent and professional visual identity.
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in graphic design or digital media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with social media content planning and CMS-based website updates
- Basic photography and videography skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with Drupal or a similar CMS
- Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion content
- This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who can translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
Salary : $20 - $30
