Position Title: Customer Support & Technical Assistance Specialist
Location: Tallahassee, Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Technical Assistance Specialist to provide high-quality service to clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues efficiently and accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and documentation management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all customer concerns
- Deliver professional and courteous service in all interactions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- At least 2 years of experience in clerical duties, including data entry and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior help desk or technical support experience
- Experience working in a professional office setting
