We’re hiring a Regional Property Manager in South Florida.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role.
It’s for someone who knows how to drive occupancy, lead teams, and create demand—not wait for it.
You’ll oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets (stabilized under construction), managing property managers and leasing teams across multiple sites. The operations are in place. The real challenge (and opportunity) is performance.
What matters most in this role:
- You know how to push leasing results in market-rate product
- You’re hands-on with marketing, not dependent on it
- You can lead managers and hold teams accountable
- You bring energy, ideas, and execution—not just reports
