Summary

We are seeking an experienced Formulation Chemist to develop grooming, OTC, and supplement products for companion animals—from concept through commercialization. This role combines lab research, product development, and scale-up support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations to meet product requirements and customer needs.
• Conduct testing for safety, stability, and performance.
• Improve existing products for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA/USDA).
• Document procedures, results, and specifications.
• Support production during pilot and full-scale manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in formulation within pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or animal health industries.
• Strong lab, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and scale-up processes.
• Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
