Purchaser and Distributor of electronics is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist role supporting a high-volume environment (600–700 invoices/month). This is a hands-on position managing full-cycle AP, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and resolving discrepancies/credits.
You’ll also gain exposure to intercompany transactions, month-end support, commissions validation, and sales tax oversight (Avalara). The team is growing quickly and needs someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comp: $60–65K benefits
Location: Onsite in Doral, FL
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
