What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll sit at the center of sales and operations, helping deals move faster and close more efficiently.
- Improve sales cycle speed and remove bottlenecks
- Support deal flow from qualification to close
- Refine lead quality and pipeline structure
- Keep Salesforce clean, accurate, and actionable
- Identify gaps in conversion and implement solutions
- Work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
AI-Driven Environment
This role is built for someone who knows how to use AI as a tool, not a buzzword.
- Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity for research and workflow efficiency
- Help automate processes and improve decision-making
- Bonus if you’ve built workflows, automations, or AI agents
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in B2B operations, sales ops, rev ops, or business development support
