This role manages Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads, and paid social campaigns for brands including Hartville Hardware and Lehman’s.

What You'll Do
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
• Build and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Manage Shopping Ads, Performance Max campaigns, and product feed optimization
• Launch and scale paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest
• Drive eCommerce growth while supporting local store traffic through geo-targeted campaigns
• Manage Google Business Profile ads and local service advertising
• Integrate direct mail with digital campaigns for omnichannel marketing strategies
• Test new creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance
• Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue growth
• Turn marketing data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and IT teams
• Work with Google, Microsoft, and Meta platform partners on new features and opportunities
Qualifications
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and performance marketing strategy
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing Shopping Ads and large product catalog feeds
• Knowledge of local digital marketing and geo-targeted campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
• Ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred
• 5 years of performance marketing experience (eCommerce or retail preferred)
• Experience managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
• Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus
