What You'll Do
As the first person many guests see or speak with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming Hartville Kitchen experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Assisting customers with bakery, carry-out, and event orders
- Selling concert tickets and seasonal event reservations
- Providing information and solving customer questions
- Creating signs and assisting with office projects
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Working with multiple departments to support daily operations.

Schedule Requirements:
Applicants must have availability to work shifts scheduled between: 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Part - time hours vary based on business needs.
