What You’ll Do
As an Outdoor Living Sales Associate, you’ll help customers create outdoor spaces they love.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Greet and assist customers with outdoor living products
- Recommend grills, patio furniture, and accessories
- Share product knowledge and answer questions
- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience
- Keep the department clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Help with returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Monitor inventory and report low stock or damaged items
- Work closely with your team to deliver great service
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or sales experience (outdoor living or home improvement a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
? Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Part-time (20-28 hours per week)
- Evenings until 7pm and Saturday availability required between the hours of 8am-6pm
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Comfortable climbing an 8 ft ladder
