Corporate Marketing Manager

The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives across a rapidly growing manufacturing organization that designs and builds power generation and power distribution equipment serving data centers, construction, utility, industrial, and other critical infrastructure markets.

As a member of the executive leadership team, this role will drive brand strategy, market positioning, demand generation, customer engagement, product marketing, and corporate communications. The Corporate Marketing Manager will partner closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations to accelerate growth, increase market share, and establish the company as a recognized industry leader in critical power infrastructure solutions.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Define and strengthen the company's market position within power generation, power distribution, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and emerging markets.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding market dynamics, customer insights, and market expansion opportunities.

Brand Management & Corporate Communications

• Lead the development and management of the corporate brand across all business units and customer segments.
• Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and visual identity across all internal and external communications.
• Oversee public relations, media engagement, executive communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop compelling corporate narratives that differentiate the company's products, capabilities, and value propositions.
• Strengthen market awareness and brand recognition among customers, partners, consultants, engineers, contractors, and end users.

Demand Generation & Business Growth

• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue growth and lead generation objectives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop strategies that increase qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and expand market penetration.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
• Establish metrics and reporting systems to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across key vertical markets.

Product Marketing & Market Development

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
• Translate complex technical features into customer-focused value propositions and sales tools.
• Support product launches, strategic customer presentations, industry events, and trade shows.
• Develop sales enablement materials including product literature, case studies, presentations, and technical marketing content.
• Evaluate new market opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.

Marketing Organization Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team capable of supporting aggressive growth objectives.
• Establish scalable marketing processes, systems, and performance standards.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, and industry associations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit and develop marketing talent to support future organizational growth.
