SUMMARY:
- This position will manage relationships with the vendors/service providers that help provide the technology the company uses to optimize their HR processes, integrate AI, etc.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and relationships with vendors/service providers
- Work closely with the senior leaders to ensure successful collaboration throughout the company

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of experience managing relationships and contracts with HR technology vendors/service providers 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Ability to adapt to/understand ever changing HR technology needs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as an HR technology industry analyst or as a product manager/solutions consultant for a software vendor is a plus
