GROWING Technology company is looking for a Recruiter to add to their Talent Acquisition team as they continue to expand rapidly.
 
SUMMARY:
- Full life cycle recruiting role 
- Key part of the company’s Talent Acquisition Team
- Work closely with business leaders to identify talent needs throughout the company
- Source top talent and create talent pipelines for current and future company needs using a variety of tools, networks, and methodologies
- Individual contributor role
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience 
- Experience recruiting for all types and levels of roles
- Creative/innovative Talent Acquisition mindset
- Experience with high-volume recruiting as well as niche/specialized recruiting
